Yamazato Restaurant awarded a Michelin star!
On the groud floor of the Hotel Okura Amsterdam you will find the first traditional Japanese Yamazato Restaurant awarded with a Michelin star. It is a famous place for enjoying authentic Japanese cuisine where more than fifty Japanese specialities are on offer. The Yamazato Restaurant has an authentic, Sukiya-style interior, inspired on the Zen Buddhism from the heyday of the tea ceremony houses in the 15th and 16th centuries.
Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka
On the ground floor you will find Okura\'s Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka. Teppanyaki literally means \'to grill on a hot plate\'. Various kinds of fish and meat, including the very exclusive Wagyu beef, are prepared à la minute right before guest\'s eyes. The contemporary Japanese interior, inspired by the elements of stone, wood, water and fire, is an oasis of tranquillity. The teppanyaki griddles are large enough for seven to ten guests and are ideal for both business and celebratory dinners.

Serre Restaurant - isnpired by Ciel Bleu is the latest culinary expansion of Hotel Okura Amsterdam. Let chef Marc van der Tang and his team surprise you with a selection of Ciel Bleu signature dishes from the past years, presented in a new form. The menu contains classic as well as innovative dishes, making for a truly international culinary offering.
