Hotdeal reservations are charged on the day of booking. Hotdeal reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable. Should you have to change or cancel you reservation, please contact the hotel a.s.a.p. in order to find the best solution.
For all other reservations:
Your creditcardinformation is requested in order to guarantee your reservation untill you arrive in the hotel. Payment will be done in the hotel upon arrival or check-out. The hotel will ask for authorisation of the 1st night, three days prior to arrival. This is a reservation only, no charge!
Reservations for maximum 4 nights:
Reservations for maximum 4 nights may be cancelled free of charge up until 48 hours prior to the arrival date. In the event of a no show or when cancelling within 48 hours of the arrival date, we will charge a one night No show or Cancellation fee.
Reservations for 5 nights and more:
Reservatios for 5 nights and more may be cancelled free of charge up until two weeks prior to the arrival date. When you cancel please ask for a cancellation number. When cancelling within 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 60% of the reservation value as cancellation penalty. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. In the event of a no show or when cancelling within 7 days prior to the arrival date, we will charge the full length of stay as a No show or Cancellation fee.
Reservations with an arrivaldates on which a Minimum Stay Policy applies, can not be changed into a stay below this Minimum Stay Policy.

Reservations during this congress may be cancelled free of charge up until 14 days prior to the arrival date. When you cancel please ask for a cancellation number.
When cancelling within 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 60% of the total reservation value as cancellation penalty.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. In the event of a No Show or when cancelling within 7 days prior to the arrival date, we will charge the full length of stay as a “No Show” or “cancellation” fee.
Reservations during New Years Eve(29/12 - 01/01 2011), Eastern (05/04 - 09/04 2012), Whitsun (24-05 - 27/05 2012) or Queensday (29th + 30th of April) may be cancelled free of charge up until 7 days prior to the arrival date. When you cancel please ask for a cancellation number. When cancelling within 7 days before the arrival date we will charge 100% of the reservation value as cancellation penalty. In the event of a No Show we will charge the full length of stay as a No Show fee.
