Qbic Hotels is the low cost design hotel company. Central in this is the Cubi, a cube-shaped state-of-the-art living space. Each Cubi features a practical configuration, with an extra long Hästens bed, Philippe Starck design bathroom elements, LCD TV, audio, safe and free wireless Internet, and an ingenious work-and-dine set. Parking is available in the WTC car park.
When you enter the car park, please obtain an exit ticket, which our service managers will stamp for you, so that you can park at our reduced rate of € 29.50/day.
If you use your credit card to enter the car park, you will need to pay the WTC's current rate, which is non-refundable. In that case, we can no longer offer you our reduced rate of € 29.50.

Qbic works just like any low cost airline. That means that we keep our prices low. Once you have made and paid your reservations, your room is guaranteed. You will be charged for your stay when making your reservation, this is how Qbic Hotels guarantee attractive rates throughout the year. All made reservations are not refundable, non changeable and non cancellable. In case of a no-show, the booking will be considered as cancelled for the entire stay.
Check-in at Qbic Hotels is speedy and efficient. Through an automated terminal you can retrieve your room key. All you need to bring is your credit card and/or unique reservation number. This in combination with your name will enable you to access your room. And if anything goes wrong, you can always find an emergency phone right next to the terminal.
Check out is even easier. You just drop your key at the terminal and leave. Check out is by 11 am.
