Nijmegen, the oldest town in the Netherlands, used to be home to the Romans and Emperor Charlemagne, whose castle was here in the imperial town by the river Waal. Colourful, bright, open, lively, bubbling and with a pleasant atmosphere - these have been its characteristics for centuries, making it a town very different from any other in this country.
It has small, cosy shops with a pleasant atmosphere only known to the locals, as well as a new shopping street called Marikenstraat. Lange Hezelstraat, on the other hand, is the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands. You can also go for a walk in the lower town where you will find numerous small curiosity shops. Hotel & Resort de Zeven Heuvelen offers her guests 40 modern and comfortable hotelapartments with the possibility to use the extensive Wellness Centre with indoor pool, sauna's, steamroom, fitness a.o. The apartments are all equiped with comfortable beds, bathroom with shower or bath, toilet, radio/cd, Television, DVD, Safe and a modern kitchen with dishwasher. During your stay you will have access to a private parking for one car. It is also possible to use the Wellness Centre during your stay.
Breakfast buffet is from Monday till Friday from * a.m. till 10 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 hours-11.00 hours.
For early guests, there is the special Early-bird breakfast from 6.00 till 8.00 hours. For the early bird breakfast we kindly ask you to inform the reception the evening before.

Find your peace in our sauna, which is not only very relaxing but also very healthy. After a visit to the sauna you can continue to our steamroom to end off with a nice swim. To top it off, Resort de Zeven Heuvelen also offers a solarium, massages and beautyparlor, just in case the Dutch weather disappoints you (solarium, massages and beautyparlor are not included in the price).

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, cancellation policy of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (www.horeca.org) apply (available at our front desk). Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 3 day(s) before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings.
Bookings made later than 20:00 hours will Not be accepted, due to the fact that our reception is closed from that time on.
