Sluis
Sluis is the name of both a municipality and a town located in the west of Zeelandic Flanders, in the south-western part of the Netherlands. The municipality was created on January 1, 2003, by the merger of the former municipalities of Oostburg and Sluis-Aardenburg.

The "Hof van Sluis" is no luxurious hotel, but a simple pension equipped with all basic needs. Thus we are able to keep our prices small. We offer accommodation including breakfast, which will be served in our lounge or the garden terrace.
Just enjoy. You may go for a shopping tour in the medieval town or have a walk on the townwalls. We can also recommend a bicycle tour along the Vaart or a visit to Bruges (only 45 min. by bus). And do not forget to have a look at the Burgundian tastings (a choice for every taste and purse). Our pension is located very central which makes it the ideal starting point for explorations of the surroundings. But you may find folksiness and enjoyment also at our pension.
The location:
Our family pension has 7 guest rooms for up to 12 guests, is located in a very quiet sidestreet of the shopping center and the next bus station (Ridderstraat) is only 25 meters away. In about 50 meters you may find the C & A (Beestenmarkt/ center)
In addition to these 7 rooms, you can also book "De Gezinsaccomodatie", family room which is located 75 meters away from the pension. There are also more rooms available at our branch building only 250 meters further away.

We are pleased to tell you that all rooms have been renovated in march 2010. Our neat rooms are divided in 4 different types - budget, standard, standard plus (with boxspring beds, tv) up to the luxury category (with boxspring beds, double sink in the bathroom, toilet and tv) - and are based on an overnight stay including breakfast.
Children up to 3 years old stay for free in their parents room if the existing bedding is used.
City tax included: no (€1.17 p.p.p.n.)
Breakfast included: yes, A Continental breakfast is served between 8:30 - 10:00 h every day. If the pension is fully booked, we will offer a buffet breakfast.

Cancellation- and additional conditions Pension Hof van Sluis
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 1 day before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Bookings not cancelled 1 day before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. In case of no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
