Madurodam
Madurodam is the Netherlands in miniature. The miniature city of 1.77 square kilometers surface shows Hollands most famous buildings and places to see, for example, Schiphol Airport and the Erasmus Bridge. Also a model railroad is to be found. Everything where the Netherlands is famous for, at 1:25 scale to the smallest detail replicas. The park is named after George Maduro, a student from Curaçao who defended Netherlands at the beginning of World War II.
